Delivery of the order

Cosmetic & Bank undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the User. In order to optimize the delivery process, the address indicated by the User must be an address to which delivery can be made within normal business hours.

If at the time of delivery of the product to the indicated address, the User is absent, the logistics operator will leave a notice indicating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery.
